Foodstuffs
-0700: 1 cup of 2% milk
-0945: 1 orange
-1030: cheerios, 1 pint nonfat milk
-1145: 8 oz roast beef
-2300: Fish, hot dogs, and rice. weird combination.. especially with that rice.

Workouts
10 minutes of jump rope, 22 pushups in 1 minute
